Q1: What is a haze machine? A haze machine is a professional atmospheric effects device that produces a continuous, ultra-fine mist suspended evenly in the air. Unlike a fog machine, which generates dense, low-lying clouds, a haze machine fills the entire air volume of a venue with a thin, almost invisible layer of particles. This suspended haze has no visible presence on its own — it only becomes apparent when light passes through it, revealing beam paths, laser lines, and atmospheric depth that would otherwise be invisible to the audience.
